- 2 ½ ozs vegan Dark chocolate
- 17 ¾ ozs Whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ¾ ozs vegan Dark chocolate chip (for baking)
- 2 ½ ozs Raw cane sugar
- 3 ½ Tbsps Canola oil
- 3 ½ Tbsps Peanut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation steps

Roughly chop the chocolate and mix it with flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate drops and sugar in a bowl. Then stir in the oils and vanilla extract and put the dough in small balls with the help of a spoon on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C / 400 °F for 20 minutes. Vegan chocolate chip cookies are best enjoyed still warm.
