- 100 grams Walnut
- 50 grams Shelled peanut
- 50 grams Date (pitted)
- 75 grams raisins
- 40 grams Pastry flour
- 40 grams Coconut flakes
- 20 grams Sesame seeds
- 200 grams Oats
- 100 grams Oats
- 200 grams Rice syrup
- 100 grams brown sugar
- 1 generous pinch salt
- 100 milliliters Soy cream
- 75 grams Coconut oil
- 200 grams Peanut butter (smooth)
Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F).

Chop the walnuts, peanuts and dates finely then transfer to a bowl with the raisins. Add the flour, coconut, sesame and oats. In a small saucepan, gently heat the rice syrup, sugar, salt, soy creamer, coconut oil and peanut butter, stirring, until emulsified and the sugar dissolves. Pour over the oat mixture and mix thoroughly.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, fill with the oat mixture and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool. Serve cut into bars.
