200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
150 Sour cream
3 Tbsps Whipped cream
½ kilogram Mixed Vegetables
250 grams cooked potatoes (diced into small cubes, from the previous day)
1 Apple (diced into small cubes)
3 medium-sized Pickle (diced into small cubes)
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove

Preparation steps

1.

Mix yogurt with sour cream and heavy cream until smooth and season with lemon juice, pressed garlic, salt and pepper.

2.

Add the mixed vegetables to a pot of lightly salted, boiling water and cook about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Then combine mixed vegetables with the potatoes, apple and pickle cubes and stir in the yogurt sauce.

3.

Refrigerate until well chilled, 2-3 hours.
