Ingredients

For the dough
300 grams Whole wheat flour
125 milliliters lukewarm water
50 grams olive oil
½ cube fresh Yeast
salt
For the topping
4 Tomatoes
1 Zucchini
1 green Bell pepper
1 onion
1 garlic clove
150 grams grated Hard cheese
2 Tbsps olive oil
50 grams black Olives
salt
cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

For the dough: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and knead until smooth. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes at room temperature. 

For the toppings: Rinse the tomatoes and zucchini. Pat dry and cut into thin slices.

Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds. Rinse and cut into strips. Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Preheat the oven to 225°C (approximately 440°F). Knead the dough and roll out on a greased baking sheet, making an edge. Prick with a fork several times and prebake for 10 minutes.

Brush the prebaked dough with oil and spread the tomato, zucchini, onions, and garlic on it. Evenly distribute the olive and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes until crispy.
