- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 l Beef broth
- 1 bunch carrots
- 400 grams potatoes
- 2 Kohlrabi
- 2 red onions
- 150 grams streaky Bacon
- 2 pairs Hot dog
- ⅓ l Whipped cream
- 1 bunch parsley (chopped)
Preparation steps

Peel onions and cut into rings. Peel and dice potatoes, carrots and kohlrabi. Melt butter in a large saucepan and saute onion rings until translucent. Add the rest of vegetables and cook together briefly. Add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, season well with salt and pepper and simmer for 30-40 minutes on low heat.

Cut bacon into small cubes and add to the stew. Add cream, stir and bring stew to a boil. Remove saucepan from heat and add sausages. Let stand for few minutes. Pour stew into bowls and sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
