250 grams soft butter
150 grams sugar
2 packets Vanilla sugar

150 milliliters milk

Preparation steps

For the waffles, beat the butter until creamy. Gradually mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs into the butter. Mix flour with baking powder and sift. Mix the flour mixture alternating with the milk into the egg-butter mixture. Preheat a waffle iron and grease slightly. Pour some batter into the waffle iron, cook the waffles and leave to cool on a wire rack.

For the filling, rinse, trim and chop the strawberries. Whip the cream with sugar and cream stabilizer. Pour the whipped cream into a piping bag with a large hole. Place the waffles topped with whipped cream and strawberries over each other to form a large tower. Dust with icing sugar and garnish with lemon balm.
