¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsps Parmesan

Preparation steps

In the bowl of a food processor, combine the basil, white beans (reserve a few whole for garnish), olive oil and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Pulse the mixture in the food processor until smooth.

Spread equal portions on grilled bread slices. Top each slice with 1/2 piece of bacon. Garnish with whole beans and fresh basil leaves. Serve at room temperature.
