½ bunch mint
1 lemon (organic)
2 bottles semi-dry white wine
1 bottle mineral water

Preparation steps

1.

Drain apricots in a sieve. Rinse mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Rinse lemon in hot water, wipe dry and cut the peel into a spiral with a peeler. Cut the apricots into slices.

2.

Place apricots, mint leaves and lemon spiral in a punch bowl.

3.

Pour in 1 bottle of white wine and infuse the punch for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

4.

To serve, add the remaining bottle of chilled wine and the mineral water.
