½ Lime (juiced)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel and chop the garlic. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and mix with the garlic and mustard. Stir in the sugar, oil and lime juice.

2.

Rinse the herbs, shake dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and then finely chop. Mix into the dressing, adding a little water, depending on desired consistency.

Serve seasoned with salt and pepper.
