Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the lemon in hot water and pat dry. Finely grate the zest and squeeze the juice. Rinse the chives, pat dry, and thinly slice.

2.

Mix the yogurt with 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest, a little cold water, the mustard, and the chives. Season to taste with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and sugar.
