Preparation steps

Toast bread in a toaster until golden brown, drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil, and chop into bread crumbs. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck leaves, set aside some for garnish; chop the rest and mix into the crumbs.

Clean zucchini, wash and cut off ends. Cut zucchini into fine, long strips with a spiral slicer. Clean and wash tomatoes. Wash shrimp and pat dry.

Heat remaining oil in a frying pan. Fry shrimp in it over high heat, turning, for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and chili sauce to shrimp and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

4.

Cook zucchini spaghetti in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes. Then drain well and spread on plates. Top with shrimp with tomatoes and serve the zoodles with shrimp sprinkled with breadcrumbs and basil leaves.
