600 grams fish fillets (redfish, cod)
4 Tbsps lemon juice
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp olive oil
600 grams Spinach
3 Tbsps water
1 tsp grated Lemon peel
150 grams Crème fraiche
30 grams grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

Season the fish fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper and leave to marinate.

Rinse and trim the spinach and coarsely chop as needed.

3.

Sweat the onion in some olive oil in a large skillet. Add the spinach and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Season with lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Finally, stir in the crème fraîche.

4.

Place the fish fillets in a greased baking dish and distribute the lemon spinach over them. Shower with Parmesan and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400ºF) for about 12 minutes.

5.

Suggestion: Serve with saffron rice or boiled potatoes.
