- 4 ozs button Mushroom
- 4 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ Orange
- salt
- white peppers
- 4 slices Whole Grain Toast
- 4 slices cooked ham
- 2 sprigs Basil
- 4 ozs shredded Pizza cheese (low-fat)

Preparation steps
Clean the mushrooms with a brush or paper towel and cut into thin slices.
Combine tomato paste and oregano in a small bowl. Squeeze juice from the orange half and add 1 tablespoon juice to the bowl and stir until smooth.
Season the sauce lightly with salt and pepper and spread on the toast slices. Top with the sliced mushrooms.
Cut ham into thin strips.
Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck leaves and cut into strips.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the toast slices on top. Divide the ham and basil among toasts and sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F until golden brown, 8-10 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
