1 generous pinch chili peppers (finely ground)

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry the basil leaves, then finely chop. Mix with the creme fraiche and stir into the softened butter.

Lightly toast the pine nuts, and mix into the butter with the chili. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer to a bowl, garnish with the basil, and serve.
