150 grams smoked Bacon
6 Tbsps olive oil
4 Tbsps Red wine vinegar
Lettuce of choice (such as butter lettuce, oak leaf)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuce leaves, drain and arrange on a large plate.

For the salad, drain the beans. Peel shallots, halve and cut into strips. Dice bacon and cook until crispy in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Mix with beans and shallots in a bowl. Mix remaining oil with vinegar, season with salt and pepper and mix with the bean salad. Serve on the lettuce leaves.
