- ½ cup shallots (finely chopped)
- 5 Tbsps fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large egg (slightly beaten)
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ tsp ground Cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp peppers
- ¾ cup fine, dry breadcrumbs
- ⅛ cup Ketchup
- 4 Tbsps olive oil

1 Cutting board, 1 Paper towel, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small bowl, 1 kleiner Whisk, 1 Plastic wrap, 1 Peeler, 1 Grilling tongs, 1 große Aluminum grilling pan, 1 große flache Casserole dish oder Schale
Preparation steps

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Using your hands, combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add more bread crumbs if mixture is not firm enough or a teaspoon of milk if it is too thick. Form 1-1 1/2 inch meatballs and set aside.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Working in batches, brown the meatball in the skillet. Transfer to a baking pan.
4.
Bake the meatballs, covered with foil, for 15 minutes until cooked through. Serve sprinkled with additional fresh parsley.
