200 grams Beef fillet
3 to 4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 medium carrot
1 bunch scallions
100 grams each bean sprouts and button Mushroom
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
50 milliliters Broth
1 generous pinch Sambal oelek
salt

Preparation steps

Cut beef into thin slices. Mix with 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Peel the carrot and cut into thin strips. Rinse the scallions and finely chop. Clean the mushrooms and slice. Rinse the bean sprouts and drain.

Heat oil in a large wok. Add beef and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Push beef to the side of the wok. Add carrots and mushrooms in the middle and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes. Pour broth in and stir-fry with the beef and vegetables. Add scallions and bean sprouts and stir-fry for a further 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt, soy sauce and sambal oelek.
