- 300 grams Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ Vanilla bean
- 3 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps honey
- 400 grams Yogurt (low-fat)
- 250 milliliters
Preparation steps
1.
Thaw the blueberries, if necessary. Rinse the blueberries and drain well.

Halve the vanilla bean and scrape out the seeds.
3.
Puree the blueberries with the lemon juice, honey, vanilla, yogurt, and milk until thick and creamy. Pour into 4 glasses and serve.
