- 12 slices white bread
- 400 grams Feta
- 400 grams Strawberries
- olive oil
- Sea salt
- fresh cracked peppers
- ½ bunch Basil
Preparation steps
1.
Cut feta into strips and place on top of bread slices.
2.
Rinse strawberries, remove stems and cut into quarters. Top cheese with sliced strawberries. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Rinse the basil, shake dry, finely chop the leaves and sprinkle over the top.
