1 Apple (Granny Smith)
1 handful cilantro
100 grams Red cabbage
50 grams Shelled peanut
1 tsp Curry powder
1 Lime
3 Tbsps Peanut oil
1 tsp Coriander

Preparation steps

1.

Drain the sauerkraut in a colander. Rinse the apple, remove seeds, cut pulp into cubes and mix with the cabbage.

2.

Rinse the cilantro, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the branches. Rinse the red cabbage and cut into thin strips. Mix into the sauerkraut along with peanuts and the curry.

3.

Squeeze the lime. Mix the lime juice, peanut oil and the coriander seeds into the cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Before serving, garnish with the cilantro leaves.
