2 slices Toast
2 garlic cloves
6 Tbsps olive oil
100 grams ground almonds
50 grams raisins
1 sm can Saffron (0.1 grams)
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and coarsely chop the chard. Cook in boiling salted water for 3 minutes, then drain, rinse and drain. Remove the crust from the toast and tear it into small pieces. Peel the garlic. Heat half of the oil in a pan and fry the almonds in it. Remove and set aside. Toast the bread in the same pan and press the garlic over it. Remove and set aside.

Fry the raisins in the remaining oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Mix the saffron in a little warm water, add to the pan and heat with the almonds and bread. Add the chard. Season with salt and pepper.
