Preparation steps

Peel the oranges, cut the skin into strips and place in a small pan. Squeeze the juice from the oranges and strain it into the pan.

Add the cranberries, mixed spice, sugar and port and slowly bring to a boil. Simmer gently for about 20 minutes, stirring from time to time.
3.
Serve the relish warm or cold.
