Preparation steps

1.

Clean and trim chanterelles. Peel onion and dice. Heat oil in a large skillet and saute chanterelles vigorously. Add onion. Season with salt and pepper, pour in cream and simmer for about 5 minutes.

2.

Stir in creme fraiche and boil until creamy. Season again with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley.

3.

Serve with bread dumplings if desired.
