- 800 grams Broccoli
- salt
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 20 grams Whole wheat flour
- 300 milliliters Vegetable broth (Instant powdered)
- 50 grams Whipped cream
- 100 grams Herb cheese spread
- 10 grams ground Walnut
- 1 Tbsp slivered almonds
Preparation steps
1.
Cook broccoli in salted boiling water, about 5 minutes. Rinse and drain.
2.
Bring vegetable broth, cream, herb cheese and nuts to a boil. Mix well and season to taste.
3.
Divide broccoli among plates, top with sauce and sprinkle with slivered almonds.
