Preparation steps

1.

Wash the cucumber, grate dry and cut or slice finely.

2.

Mix olive oil with vinegar, salt, honey and pepper.

3.

Peel 1 medium onion and chop finely. Wash the dill, shake dry and chop finely. Add both to the dressing and stir in.

4.

Mix the cucumber slices with the dressing just before serving.
