Preparation steps

1.

Wrap a wine cork with aluminum foil and insert a wooden skewer in one end.

Heat oil to about 170°C (approximately 345°F). Wrap wonton wrappers around cork and submerge in oil to fry. Fry until golden. Gently remove and drain on crepe paper.

Heat butter in a pan and fry quail eggs. Gently place fried eggs into fried wontons. Season with salt and pepper. Top with 1 teaspoon of trout caviar and serve.
