- 2 handfuls Basil
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 200 grams Feta
- 250 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- ground cilantro
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and dry the basil. Remove the leaves and finely chop. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mash the feta with a fork, then stir in the yogurt, basil, garlic, lemon juice, and coriander. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Transfer into glasses and serve with brown bread, if you'd like.
