1 organic Orange
2 Tbsps Pastry flour
2 Tbsps vegetable oil
½ bunch parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the fish, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Turn in the flour.

Cut the orange in half and cut one half into slices. Thinly cut the peel from the other half and finely chop.

Rinse the parsley and chop finely.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the fish fillets briefly on both sides.

3.

Add the orange juice and orange zest and season with salt and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

Arrange on plates and serve showered with parsley and garnished with orange slices.
