Preparation steps

1.

Peel apples, quarter, core and chop, then sprinkle immediately with lemon juice.

Orange filleting: peel with a sharp knife as an apple, remove all white and cut along the inner skins beautiful fillets, collect the juice and squeeze orange residue.
