Preparation steps

1.

Cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice.

2.

Peel the apples, quarter, core and finely grate. Mix with the orange juice and orange blossom water.

3.

Cut open the pomegranate, remove the seeds and place in a bowl of water, stir gently to separate the white membrane, discard the pieces of membrane and strain the seeds. 

4.

Chop the walnuts and mix with the pomegranate seeds and grated apples. Distribute between 4 serving glasses and leave for about 30 minutes.
