Ingredients

350 grams Chicken breasts (shredded)
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
1 shallot
1 garlic clove
100 grams Snow peas
4 Tbsps sherry
4 Tbsps light soy sauce
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 Tbsp Pastry flour
2 Oranges
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Peel shallot and chop finely.

2.

Rinse snow peas, clean and trim ends.

3.

Stir fry chicken for 2-3 minutes. Add shallot, snow peas and minced garlic and stir fry for another  5 minutes.

4.

Peel oranges, remove all pith from orange filets. Save juice. 

5.

Cut 1 piece of orange peel into thin strips.

6.

Combine sherry, soy sauce, orange juice, flour and ginger and bring to a boil while stirring. Season with salt and pepper. Add orange filets and orange peel and serve.
