1 Tbsp Sesame paste (about 15 g)
1 Tbsp honey
1 pinch ground Cardamom
2 pinches cinnamon

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the grapefruit under hot water, pat dry and cut off 4 thin slices. Juice the remaining grapefruit and the orange.

2.

Put the juice, yogurt, sesame paste, honey and cardamom in a blender and puree.

3.

Pour into 4 glasses, top each with a pinch of cinnamon and serve garnished with grapefruit slices.
