150 grams Natural yogurt
1 Tbsp rolled Oats
1 Tbsp Strawberry syrup

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry strawberries.

Peel grapefruits carefully, removing as much pith as possible (if desired, cut two slices with peel for garnishing). Fillet grapefruits and remove seeds, collecting all resulting juice. Squeeze juice from all remaining parts. 

3.

Peel banana, cut into pieces and combine with strawberries, grapefruit segments and grapefruit juice in a blender. Add yogurt, oatmeal and strawberry syrup. Mix well and pour until glasses. Decorate with grapefruit slices and serve.
