200 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
4 Tbsps Whipped cream
1 Tbsp Caper (chopped)
1 Tbsp lemon juice

2 Tbsps finely chopped Basil
100 grams Prosciutto (thinly sliced)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse asparagus, peel bottom third of each stalk and cut off ends. Bring a pot of salted water and oil to a boil. Add asparagus to the pot, cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente, then drain, rinse with cold water and drain again.

2.

Mix yogurt in a bowl with sour cream, add capers and basil, mix and season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3.

Arrange asparagus and prosciutto in glasses and serve with yogurt mixture.
