4 Tbsps Yogurt (0.1% fat)
2 Tbsps chopped thyme
2 Tbsps chopped rosemary

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lamb and pat dry. Peel garlic, chop and grind finely with some salt. Mix with yogurt and herbs. Rub leg of lamb with mixture, cover with cling film and leave in the refrigerator overnight to marinate.

2.

Unwrap meat, thread on a skewer, wrap with kitchen twine and season with salt and pepper. Grill 50-60 minutes.
