400 grams Watermelon
½ Cucumber (200 grams)
2 shallots
2 garlic cloves

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and pat dry fish, drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Peel, core and dice melon. Rinse cucumber, halve lengthwise, remove seeds with a small spoon and chop finely. Peel shallots and chop finely.

Peel and squeeze garlic through a garlic press. Rinse basil and chop. Combine melon, cucumber, shallots, garlic, basil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Grill swordfish for about 3 minutes per side. Arrange fish with salad on plates and serve.
