2 Tbsps slivered almonds
2 bunches Lemon balm
½ Lime
8 Tbsps Maple syrup

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Grill pan, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Fork, 1 Bowl

Preparation steps

With a large knife, cut melon into 8 thick slices. Remove seeds.

Cut off green rind.

Chop macadamia nuts. In a non-stick dry pan over medium heat, toast macadamia nuts and almonds. Let cool.

Rinse lemon balm, shake dry and chop leaves coarsely.

In a small bowl, finely chop cooled nuts and lemon balm with an immersion blender.

Juice lime and measure 2 tablespoons of juice.

A dash of olive oil should help if you don't have a non-stick pan.
