Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the pepper and cut in half. Remove the seeds and finely dice.

Halve the avocados, remove the seeds, and scopp out the pulp with a spoon. Mash the avocado wwith a fork, then mix in the garlic, onion, red pepper, and chili pepper. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips.
