Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and trim the scallions, then thinly slice. Rinse, trim, and finely chop the jalapenos.

Peel and coarsely chop the kiwis. Puree with the apple juice, lemon juice, oil, and honey in a blender. If too thick, add a little water to thin the dressing.

3.

Mix in the scallions and jalapeno, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
