3 shallots

1 tsp black peppercorns
40 milliliters Fruit Vinegar
3 bay leaves

Preparation steps

1.

Wipe and chop the mushrooms. Remove the stems from the large mushrooms. Peel and julienne the shallot. Rinse the herbs.

2.

bring 250 ml (approximately 8 ounces of water to a boil with the shallots, herbs, peppercorns, vinegar, and bay leaves. Add the mushrooms and cook for 6-8 minutes. Transfer the mushrooms into jars, and fill with the cooking liquid and the spices. Seak tightly and cool upside down.
