150 grams Bacon
1 onion
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
200 milliliters milk
2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
1 Tbsp freshly chopped thyme

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and steam for about 30 minutes. Peel the onion and dice finely, then dice the bacon and fry both in a pan with hot oil until browned.

2.

Peel the potatoes, press through a ricer and mix with heated milk, bacon grease and creme fraiche. Season the potatoes with salt and mix with the bacon and onions. Serve garnished with thyme.
