350 milliliters hot milk
4 Tbsps butter
100 grams Bacon (sliced)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
50 grams Cheddar cheese (shaved)

Nutmeg (freshly grated)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and cook in boiling water for 30 minutes.

Slice the bacon, and cook until crispy in the oil. Drain on papaer towels.

3.

Peel the potatoes, and pass through a ricer. Add the butter and hot milk, and stir with a wooden spoon to form a loose puree. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg. Garnish with the bacon and cheese, and serve.
