5 ¼ ozs Apple juice
1 ½ ozs Dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa content)
2 ¾ ozs old fashioned Oats
1 ½ ozs Coconut flakes
7 ¼ ozs Soy yogurt
1 ½ ozs puffed Oats (4 tablespoons)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel mango, cut flesh from stone and roughly dice. Clean, wash, quarter, core and chop apples. Puree mango, apple pieces and apple juice in a blender to a thick smoothie.

2.

Finely grate the dark chocolate on a grater and mix with the oats and coconut flakes.

3.

Pour 1 layer of smoothie into each of 4 mason jars. Add 1 layer of chocolate coconut granola on top, spread soy yogurt on top and cover with remaining granola. Pour in remaining smoothie and top glasses with oat pops.
