100 grams fresh Shredded wheat
100 grams fresh Shredded Oats
2 tart Apple (such as Granny Smith)
2 carrots
1 Tbsp lemon juice
400 grams Natural yogurt
2 Tbsps Whipped cream
2 Tbsps honey
3 Tbsps Hazelnuts
2 tsps flaxseed

Preparation steps

1.

In a bowl, mix shredded wheat and oats with 200 ml (approximately 1 scant cup) water. Cover and let soak overnight in the refrigerator.

2.

Peel apples and carrots. Quarter and core apples. Grate apples and carrots and mix immediately with lemon juice.

3.

Mix yogurt, cream and  honey to taste.

4.

Toast nuts in a dry skillet until fragrant. Remove from pan, let cool and coarsely chop.

5.

Divide muesli and apple-carrot mixture among dishes, top with yogurt and serve sprinkled with flax seeds and walnuts.
