1 garlic clove
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
350 grams turkey breasts
4 Tbsps Whipped cream
2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt
freshly ground peppers
60 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 tsp spicy Mustard
2 Tbsps scallions
1 tsp finely chopped Caper
4 Multi-grain roll
4 Lettuce (rinsed and drained)
4 small Pickled cucumbers (cut lengthwise into slices)
1 bunch thin Chives
2 Pickled cucumbers

Preparation steps

Peel and very finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté in 1 tablespoon oil. Mince the turkey breast. Mix with the cream, breadcrumbs, onion and garlic cubes, egg, salt and pepper until meat mixture is thoroughly combined. Shape into 4 turkey burgers and brown in the rest of the hot oil on both sides about 4-6 minutes.

Mix the yogurt with mustard, three-quarters of the chives and capers, and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the buns in half horizontally, toast briefly as desired and top the bottom half of the bun with lettuce, turkey burger, pickle slices, yogurt sauce and chives. Garnish with remaining chives and replace the top half of the bun. Serve immediately.
