- 400 grams Ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped Basil
- 2 Tbsps breadcrumbs
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- 4 Ciabatta
- 40 grams Ricotta cheese
Preparation steps

Mix ground turkey with egg, basil and breadcrumbs until combined. Season with salt and cayenne pepper. Shape into 4 patties.

Heat oil in a grill pan and cook patties for about 6-7 minutes per side. Rinse and pat dry tomatoes, remove stems and slice thinly. Rinse lettuce, shake dry and tear into smaller pieces, if needed. Cut rolls once across and toast, if desired. Spread bottom halves with ricotta and top with tomato slices, lettuce and turkey patties. Sanwich with top roll halves. Serve immediately.
