250 grams button Mushroom
1 onion
1 garlic clove
4 sprigs thyme
2 Tbsps Pastry flour
4 Tbsps clarified butter

Preparation steps

1.

Cut a pocket into each pork chop. Rinse mushrooms and cut into small pieces. Peel onion and garlic and finely chop.

Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and saute onion and garlic. Add mushrooms and cook while stirring for about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add thyme.

3.

Stuff pockets with mushroom mixture. Secure with a toothpick. Cover pork chops with flour on both sides. Heat remaining butter in a large frying pan and cook pork chops over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve.
