1 kilogram fresh Octopus
0.13 l fresh olive oil
4 lemons (juiced)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse octopus well under running water. Bring plenty of salted water to a boil and add octopus, cook for about 10-15 minutes (skin should turn dark pink).

2.

Drain and cut with a sharp knife into bite-sized pieces and cool. Whisk olive oil with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper. Arrange octopus pieces on small plates and drizzle with sauce. Serve cold.
