3 Oranges
150 grams Rice
2 Red onions
3 Tbsps Wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
2 Tbsps sunflower oil
ground ginger

Preparation steps

1.

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package and allow to cool.

2.

Peel the oranges, remove the pith and cut out the segments. Collect the juice and squeeze out any remaining from the pulp.

3.

Rinse, trim and drain the lettuce.

4.

Peel the onions and cut into thin rings.

5.

For the dressing, mix the orange juice with the vinegar, honey, oil and ginger and season with salt and pepper.

6.

Mix the rice with the lettuce, onions and orange segments, drizzle with the dressing and serve in a bowl.
