- 11 ozs sweet Cherries
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ Orange
- 11 ozs Yogurt (low-fat)

1 small Non-stick pan, 1 Plate, 1 Sieve, 1 Corer, 2 Bowls, 1 Whisk, 1 Citrus juicer
Preparation steps
1.
Toast almonds in a dry non-stick pan and let cool on a plate.

Rinse and drain cherries, then remove pits.
3.
Squeeze juice from orange half.
4.
Mix together honey, 1 teaspoon of orange juice and yogurt in a bowl.
5.
Divide cherries into two glasses or bowls, add yogurt mixture, sprinkle with almonds and serve.
